Account Executives – San Francisco, CA

Description:

You’re a consultative sales professional with a hunger for solving big problems. You’re curious. Your territory is your business and you’re an entrepreneur owning pipeline generation and closing revenue. You’re passionate about the discipline of sales productivity and sales management. You’ll join us as a sales executive ready to engage in strategic conversations with sales and marketing executives. You’re metrics oriented and a sales process machine. You’ll guide CEOs, CROs and CMOs to think strategically about the future of their sales programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Create results driven territory plan with focus on revenue generating prospecting activity
  • Outreach to prospects with your own marketing and nurture campaigns using email, voice, and social channels
  • Evangelize the SalesHood vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
  • Proactive management and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Uncover customer challenges and map value to solution
  • Confidently present to c-level executives
  • Handle multi-threaded executive selling and decision making processes

Skills/Experience:

  • Quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management enterprise experience a must
  • Proven track record of over achieved year over year quota (top 10 to 20%) in past positions
  • 5+ years sales B2B experience
  • Experience with sales methodology, sales process, and sales tech
  • Team selling is a must
  • Experience selling to early adopters
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CRO/CMO level
  • Passion for creating a new market category
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
