Business Development Manager (San Francisco/Bay Area)

Description

As our Vice President Marketing, you will lead the function and team reporting to the CEO. You are a growth marketer responsible for strategy, messaging, digital, demand creation, field marketing, customer marketing and PR/AR. You’re resourceful and scrappy. You have experience building new SaaS B2B categories and you have direct experience with sales tech enterprise software marketing. You’re passionate about boosting sales productivity with sales enablement. You have a proven track record accelerating pipeline growth across the entire buyer’s journey including customer marketing. You will define and execute SalesHood’s marketing strategy across all channels.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns and sales plays to generate new customer and new logo pipeline and deals.
  • Orchestrate inbound and outbound motion using AI technologies to scale content creation and prospecting on behalf of sales in targeted ICP accounts.
  • Set up and own the systems to scale front of the funnel sales prospecting through email, LinkedIn, video, phone, social channels, events, IRL meetings and gifting.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to use data to prioritize markets, industries, campaigns and accounts.
  • Communicate pipeline progress and accomplishments through executive reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 3 to 7 years of business development and/or marketing experience
  • Proven pipeline creation experience carrying out sales plays and prospecting campaigns
  • Ability to tie programs and activities to sales pipeline results
  • Experience in creating demand with AI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Process and operations skills and mindset
  • Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Creative and innovative
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity and experience using Digital Sales Rooms
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and modern sales engagement systems
