You’re a customer-focused sales professional, with account management and customer success experience. You have a proven track record building executive relationships, demonstrating value, and up-selling existing customers. You own the strategies, relationships and commercial well-being of some of our customers. You’re responsible for driving quarterly business reviews to discuss value, usage, business outcomes and growth. You’re a quota carrying professional measured by renewals and new business growth.
Maintain high customer retention rates, ensure on-time renewals and generate expansion new business opportunities
Work with customers to understand their enablement needs and propose valued solutions using our platform and services
Cultivate executive level relationships with champions and executive sponsors
Build account plans and strategies to expand business to new groups, roles and channels
Negotiate win-win commercial agreements optimizing impact and outcomes
Manage ongoing customer requests and partner with product management to prioritize
At least 10+ years working experience in SaaS B2B technology
Proven track record of exceeding quota and exceeding revenue targets
Highly consultative with savvy business acumen
Understand the power of relationship building
Analyze and present business case summaries to executives
Business process and project management expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills and collaboration skills
Results oriented, high energy, and self-motivated
