Customer Success Director – San Francisco, CA

Description:

You’re a customer-focused sales professional, with account management and customer success experience. You have a proven track record building executive relationships, demonstrating value, and up-selling existing customers. You own the strategies, relationships and commercial well-being of some of our customers. You’re responsible for driving quarterly business reviews to discuss value, usage, business outcomes and growth. You’re a quota carrying professional measured by renewals and new business growth. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high customer retention rates, ensure on-time renewals and generate expansion new business opportunities
  • Work with customers to understand their enablement needs and propose valued solutions using our platform and services
  • Cultivate executive level relationships with champions and executive sponsors
  • Build account plans and strategies to expand business to new groups, roles and channels
  • Negotiate win-win commercial agreements optimizing impact and outcomes
  • Manage ongoing customer requests and partner with product management to prioritize

 

Skills/Experience/Passions:

  • At least 10+ years working experience in SaaS B2B technology  
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly consultative with savvy business acumen
  • Understand the power of relationship building
  • Analyze and present business case summaries to executives
  • Authentically curious
  • Business process and project management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills and collaboration skills
  • Results oriented, high energy, and self-motivated
