Visual Designer – San Francisco

We are looking for a designer who is responsible for every design element that communicates SalesHood outside of the product UX. Continue developing a distinct visual language that reflects our brand and communicates clearly and powerfully. This position is a mix of both creative freedom and tactical execution. You should be able to work quickly and be comfortable continuously iterating across revisions. We’re looking for a strong collaborator with Marketing and across the organization.

The Opportunity:

  • Create landing pages, invitations, e-books, banners, ads and other assets for demand generation
  • Design physical elements to be used at live events and as company swag
  • Develop visual elements that communicate what SalesHood does and how we do it
  • Design a set of logos and icons for a range of initiatives


  • 5 years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Have worked on branding, ads, websites, logos, icons and other graphic elements used by a marketer or agency
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
  • Experience designing within software platforms including Hubspot
  • Must have experience with WordPress
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate their design decisions
  • Highly organized and able to stick to deadlines
