Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager

 

Location:  Remote / San Francisco, CA

Description:

We’re looking for a results-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to own marketing campaign ideation, execution and performance tracking with B2B SaaS experience. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing you are a self-starter, well organized, detail oriented and not afraid to talk to our customers and partners. You have experience writing engaging copy for various marketing channels including Saleshood’s website, marketing and sales emails, blog, social media posts, webinars and ebooks. You can own a project beginning to end meeting deadlines and are familiar with common marketing automation, email marketing, productivity and project management tools. Experience in organizing and hosting virtual and offline events and/or account-based marketing tactics are a plus. Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end marketing campaign and project management
  • Writing engaging copy for a variety of marketing channels including emails, content, social posts, website, ad assets, video scripts, webinar descriptions and ebooks
  • Write and create marketing and sales email nurture sequences
  • Schedule and manage Saleshood’s webinar and event calendar
  • Work with the team on creative (videos, images, animations), copy development, testing and conversion metrics
  • Partner with sales on targets, campaigns, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
  • Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels
  • Ensure strong value-based messaging, brand consistency and core values across all campaign communications
  • Partner with other internal teams (sales, product, customer success, marketing, design, video and agency partners) to develop compelling content to support the buyer’s journey for effective inbound and outbound campaigns

Results/Experience/Passions:

  • 5+ years of experience specifically related to handling end-to-end execution and management of marketing campaigns and demand generation in B2B SaaS
  • You have written engaging marketing content for various marketing channels (please provide examples)
  • Experience driving results by translating high-level organizational goals into actionable and successful multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Self-starter; you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to identify new campaign ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, JIRA, Google Workspace and analytics tools are a plus
  • Domain experience in sales enablement, training and/or tech preferred
