Description:

The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant is a great opportunity for an individual with proven sales engineering experience at a SaaS company.  Your efforts will begin early in the sales cycle supporting with our sales directors to make sure we understand the customer’s pain. You’re a consultative, curious sales professional who uncovers business problems to solve and crafts solutions to help sales teams boost sales productivity. You’re passionate about the discipline of sales enablement.  You’re a strategic thinker and a problem solver. You’re a relationship builder who understands how to sell high and wide across an organization. You understand how to drive organizational change. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations with prospects to uncover process improvements to improve time to revenue
  • Advise customer sales enablement and sales operations teams on enablement strategies and best practices
  • Work closely with sales on pitches, demonstrations and proposals for new business
  • Develop and present sales enablement demonstrations and customized proof-of-concepts to prospective buyers
  • Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers
  • Provide a smooth hand off on customer knowledge to the post sales Customer Success team once accounts close
  • Work closely with our customers to design and launch programs within the platform that map back to their top priorities

 

Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years experience either as a solutions consultant or pre-sales technical consultant in B2B SaaS sales and/or marketing technology
  • Strong knowledge of sales tech ecosystem including training, onboarding, coaching, knowledge management, sales process, CRM, and Salesforce
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Proven track record in delivering value based presentations and demos to prospects and customers
  • Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Business process and project management expertise
  • Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities
  • Having basic understanding of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a plus
