Product Manager – Digital Sales Rooms

We’re a fast growing and collaborative team that puts our clients first and delivers results fast.

About SalesHood

SalesHood is a sales enablement platform that helps revenue teams ramp faster, execute consistently, and improve performance with measurable behavior change. We serve modern GTM teams with a platform that combines training, content, coaching, and sales execution.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own Client Sites, our Digital Sales Rooms experience. You will define the vision, lead discovery, and deliver features that improve buyer engagement, seller productivity, and measurable deal outcomes.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership. We strongly prefer candidates who have built AI-powered products and understand how workflows and agents can automate tasks, personalize experiences, and improve customer outcomes.

This role requires deep domain understanding and the ability to turn that understanding into differentiated product experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Client Sites, including a clear narrative of where we are going and why.
  • Invent and evolve high-impact Digital Sales Room experiences that make Client Sites pivotal across pipeline creation, deal progression, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
  • Lead discovery through customer interviews, usability tests, workflow mapping, and competitive research to validate ideas and refine solutions.
  • Translate insights into high-quality execution artifacts, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and workflow definitions.
  • Own and run the sprint cadence for your product area using Productboard + Jira, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensuring epics and stories are clear, correctly scoped, and execution-ready.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design daily to drive predictable delivery, tradeoff decisions, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Use data to guide decisions by defining KPIs, writing SQL queries, analyzing funnels and engagement, and validating impact.
  • Identify and ship AI-assisted experiences where valuable, including guided workflows, recommendations, summarization, next-best actions, and automation.
  • Partner with GTM teams on launches, enablement, and customer adoption.
  • Confidently communicate with customers to gather feedback, present plans, and build excitement.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A clear product direction for Client Sites with a prioritized roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Compelling product concepts that demonstrate how Client Sites can be central to sales execution and customer engagement.
  • A well-managed backlog with clean epics, correctly written stories, strong acceptance criteria, and organized sprints.
  • A steady customer discovery cadence with documented insights driving prioritization.
  • At least one shipped improvement with measurable impact and strong internal confidence.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Sales Rooms and Deal Rooms, including how they are used by sellers and buyers, the problems they solve, and how they influence deal progression.
  • Outstanding understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows, including how GTM teams create pipeline, close deals, onboard customers, and drive expansion.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and how behavior change, content activation, coaching, and reinforcement drive performance.
  • Strong discovery skills, including research planning, synthesis, validation, and prioritization.
  • Excellent execution discipline with strong attention to detail and high-quality Jira hygiene.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to write SQL queries, analyze product data independently, and reason about system design and tradeoffs.
  • Comfort partnering deeply with engineers on implementation approaches, constraints, and sequencing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident customer-facing presence.

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience building, managing, or heavily using a Deal Room or Digital Sales Room product.
  • Experience building AI-powered product features, including understanding agentic workflows, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Experience building workflow-heavy products that include permissions, sharing, content experiences, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks.
