The Product Manager at SalesHood is responsible for serving as a liaison between the SalesHood Development team, the rest of the organization, and our external stakeholders, including customers. You will own communication for new feature releases, including explaining use cases, quantifying benefits, and training both customers and customer-facing employees on how these features are best utilized to achieve their intended benefits. You will use qualitative data collected in the field and quantitative data generated from our analytics tools to uncover best practices in utilizing the SalesHood platform and be responsible for evangelizing those practices both internally and externally. You will build the future of Sales Enablement.

End to end product lifecycle of functionality
Become an expert on the SalesHood platform in terms of functionality and best practices.
Effectively problem solve and translate customer pain points into impactful features that correlate to company vision/roadmap
Manage and deliver customer-requested features
Evangelize best practices internally and externally via various media, including webinars, live and virtual demos, case studies, e-books, whitepapers, and customer meetings.
Train internal and external stakeholders on best-in-class use of the SalesHood platform and all new functionality.
Mine engagement data to uncover usage trends that help us both train our customers and build more effective features.
Present feature demos, product roadmap, and other insights at conferences, meetings, and other events.
Produce and deliver standardized and custom reporting/dashboards to support teams in the monitoring of quarterly or annual goals
Consistently share analysis across the organization to allow cross-pollination of learnings to champion the cause of becoming a more data-driven organization
Desired Skills & Experience:
1 – 3 years of experience in product management or another field that combines technical ability, analytical thinking, and customer interaction
Strong project management skills. Ability to organize and drive group tasks to completion
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Collaborative style with the ability to work with and influence varied stakeholders across the organization
Strong attention to detail, while at the same time being able to consider customer business problems from a strategic and holistic standpoint
Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python etc… a plus
Experience with the Sales or Sales Enablement fields a plus
