Sales Development Representative – Chicago

Description:

Join us as a part of a sales development team ready engaging with thousands of inbound executive requests we’re getting. Your territory is your business and you’re an entrepreneur owning pipeline strategy, prospect outreach, and relationship nurturing. You’re passionate about selling and prospecting. You’re hungry.  You’re naturally curious. You’re a strong proponent of using customer stories to communicate value and drive urgency. You’ll engage in executives in multi-touch and multi-channel outreach campaigns helping them to quickly realize the proven benefits of SalesHood. You are a team-player who can work closely with sales directors and managers to strategically target prospects, capture leads and hand-off good opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to sales management, sales operations, and marketing executives via email, phone, social and live resulting in high contact and convert rates.
  • Set meetings with sales executives and sales operations professionals ultimately leading to trials and signups.
  • Partner with sales directors, customer success and leadership to build customer personas and target the right accounts.
  • Execute multi-touch prospect campaigns to build awareness and relationships with very warm executive contacts.
  • Be able to pitch and demo to industry leading firms with our unique messaging and proven ROI outcomes.

 

Results/Experience/Passions:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a prospecting role
  • Team player, ready to work closely with sales and marketing leadership
  • Self-starter, willing to work hard and own results
  • Energized by dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, fun person seeking a collegial and collaborative environment
