We love to bring together our customers who are some of the brightest and most innovative leaders in enablement to network, ideate and collaborate. We all share a common enablement bond to elevate each other’s success and increase the impact of our enablement programs. With that in mind, this year’s conference is all about MULTIPLIERS. The people, processes, and programs that can help us all deliver 2X REVENUE, 3X WIN RATES, 4X FASTER ONBOARDING and 5X ATTAINMENT.
There is so much to do and talk about around this idea of enablement MULTIPLIERS.
So, we decided to create a two day event.
DAY 1: MULTIPLIERS MINDSET
The first day is all about the mindset of MULTIPLIERS. We will launch the conference with our MULTIPLIERS Framework that defines the processes, skills, and content of successful MULTIPLIERS. Throughout the day we will cover three priority topics: How to Build Your Internal and External Enablement Brand, mastering the Metrics that Matter to enablement value, and Positive Communications for Program Participation. We will celebrate customer success with Hoodie awards. SalesHood will share what’s new and what’s on the roadmap. And we will close the first day with Wine and Dine on the Bay with fabulous food and friendly networking.
DAY 2: MULTIPLIERS OUTCOMES
The second day is about MULTIPLIERS outcomes and customer success. We will start the day with a CRO Breakfast. So be sure to bring your CRO along to hear how to drive higher attainment, faster onboarding, and shorter sales cycles. SalesHood customers including RingCentral and Yext will share in detail their strategies, programs and results as to how they transformed their sales in less than a year. Elay Cohen, SalesHood’s CEO will share the first ever Enablement Benchmark Study and insights as to what the best of the best practices are across industries. Collaboration and candor will be a common theme in this day of keynotes, panels, hands on workshops and salon style discussions.
