SOC 2 Certified
At SalesHood, the protection of the data and privacy of our customers is non-negotiable. To further demonstrate our commitment, we worked with 3rd party auditors and went through a rigorous process to achieve SOC 2 certification. Our SOC 2 certification provides additional assurance that we have the right controls in place to protect your data and ensure the availability of our services.
The nature of data is changing and thus, companies (now more than ever) must understand the data they hold about their customers, where it goes, and how it’s used so that it can’t be misused. SalesHood is committed to the protection of personal data, which is why our privacy practices have reviewed and are in good standing with both EU-U.S. and SWISS-U.S. frameworks with the International Trade Administration (ITA) Privacy Shield program and are GDPR compliant.
SalesHood uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for its compute, data, and network services. We only partner with service providers that demonstrate that their facilities are secure, both physically and electronically, and are committed to using security best practices.
All SalesHood employees are required to complete security awareness training during onboarding, and annually thereafter. Security policies and documentation are also readily accessible so employees are always aware of best practices when it comes to handling data within the organization and different environments.
Security is embedded in our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Customer data and information classified as restricted or confidential is only used in secure environments. We incorporate OWASP Top 10 guidelines as part of each commit and change review. SalesHood also utilizes a robust identity and access management internally and practices the principle of least privilege when granting access to all systems.
With SalesHood, your data is safe every step of the way. Our encryption policies include requirements for the use of cryptographic controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and nonrepudiation of information.
At SalesHood, every employee is trained on best practices to keep confidential information about clients, partners, and our company secure at all times.
