Account Executives (US)

The Role:

We’re looking for proven sales professionals with a track record of running a consultative B2B sales process, building lasting, value-driven relationships, and consistently exceeding quota. In this role, you’ll combine strategic selling with curiosity and hands-on execution to drive deal urgency and accelerate revenue.

You are a modern digital seller who leverages digital engagement, relationship building, and team collaboration to progress and close deals. You bring deep experience selling sales enablement and/or revenue operations technology.

This is a high-impact role for a proven SaaS sales professional ready to contribute to our accelerated growth as a market leader and sell the impact of Agentic AI–driven sales enablement on growth, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your territory: Build and manage a healthy pipeline, close mid-market deals, and develop strong executive relationships to drive sustained regional growth.

  • Build new pipeline: Execute strategic prospecting with targeted ICP outreach and relationship development.

  • Drive predictable revenue: Run a disciplined, metrics-driven B2B sales process from pipeline generation through close, ensuring consistent execution at every stage.

  • Lead product demos and POCs: Confidently deliver product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Engage executive stakeholders: Influence C-level leaders across target accounts, leveraging our warm network to open doors and expand strategic partnerships.

  • Forecast and report with precision: Maintain accurate, timely forecasts and keep Salesforce consistently up to date.

  • Partner with Marketing: Collaborate on targeted campaigns and grow regional networks that generate pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Customer Success and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize retention and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies and the MEDDICC qualification framework.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Deep knowledge of sales enablement and/or revenue operations technology.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
  • AI-proficient and AI-curious, with an interest in applying AI to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced environments and building new territories from the ground up.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area preferred but other cities will be considered for the right fit.
