CAREERS AT SALESHOOD

Product Manager – Learning Experiences

We’re a fast growing and collaborative team that puts our clients first and delivers results fast.

About SalesHood

SalesHood is a sales enablement platform that helps revenue teams ramp faster, execute consistently, and improve performance with measurable behavior change. We serve modern GTM teams with a platform that combines training, content, coaching, and sales execution.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own Learning Experiences. You will define the vision, lead discovery, and deliver learning capabilities that drive adoption, skill development, and measurable performance improvement.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and Product leadership. PMs at SalesHood are expected to be more technical than average, with strong data fluency and comfort working close to implementation details.

We strongly prefer candidates who have built AI-powered learning or workflow products and understand how agents and automation can improve content creation, personalization, coaching, and measurement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Learning Paths and Huddles, including a clear narrative of where we are going and why.
  • Invent and evolve high-impact learning experiences that make SalesHood central to onboarding, ongoing training, coaching, and reinforcement.
  • Lead discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and competitive research to validate ideas and refine solutions.
  • Translate insights into high-quality execution artifacts, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Own and run the sprint cadence for your product area using Productboard + Jira, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensuring epics and stories are clear, correctly scoped, and execution-ready.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design daily to drive predictable delivery, technical tradeoffs, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Use data to guide decisions by defining success metrics, writing SQL queries, analyzing engagement, completion, and outcome data, and validating impact.
  • Identify and ship AI-powered improvements such as content generation assistance, personalization, recommendations, coaching prompts, summaries, and admin automation.
  • Partner cross-functionally on launches, adoption, customer feedback loops, and enablement.
  • Communicate confidently with customers to gather feedback, present strategy, explain tradeoffs, and build enthusiasm.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A clear learning product strategy with a prioritized roadmap tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Compelling product concepts that demonstrate how SalesHood learning experiences drive real behavior change and performance improvement.
  • A clean, execution-ready backlog with strong acceptance criteria and predictable sprint delivery.
  • A steady customer discovery cadence with documented insights driving prioritization.
  • At least one shipped improvement that increases engagement, completion, administrative efficiency, or coaching effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement and learning workflows, including onboarding, ongoing training, coaching, reinforcement, and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of how learning drives behavior change, skill adoption, and performance outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery skills, including research planning, synthesis, validation, and prioritization.
  • Excellent execution discipline with strong attention to detail and high-quality Jira hygiene.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to write SQL queries, analyze product data independently, and reason about system behavior and constraints.
  • Comfort partnering deeply with engineers on design decisions, implementation tradeoffs, and sequencing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident customer-facing presence.

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience building, managing, or heavily using learning, enablement, or LMS products.
  • Experience working on an AI-centric learning or e-learning product, especially where AI was core to content creation, personalization, coaching, or measurement.
  • Experience building AI-powered product features, including understanding workflow orchestration, agents, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, reinforcement strategies, and measurement of learning effectiveness.
