“Learn something new every day” — it’s advice we’ve all heard before but perhaps not always followed. It’s not necessarily our fault. The main reason employees have a hard time engaging in learning is because our days are jam-packed. From deadlines and meetings to time spent with families and friends, there doesn’t seem to be enough time to add in a course on Python or brush up on our accounting skills.
