Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a QA & Customer Support
Specialist. This hybrid role combines the critical responsibilities of ensuring product quality through
rigorous testing with providing exceptional support to our valued customers. You will be a key player in
both improving our product and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the SalesHood web application
Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and usability
testing
- Reproduce and thoroughly document reported bugs, providing clear steps for developers to
replicate the issues
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand new features and ensure
thorough test coverage
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via Email and Slack (USA business hours Pacific
Timezone)
- Troubleshoot technical problems experienced by customers, providing clear and concise
solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams (Engineering and Product) while maintaining
ownership of the customer’s experience
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our Zendesk ticketing system
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 5+ of experience in either QA testing or customer support, or a combination of both
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Familiarity with Jira bug tracking system
- Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system

About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Continuously update and improve documentation based on product updates, customer feedback, and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and structure across all documentation.
- Assist in creating release notes and product updates for customers.
- Manage version control of documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain structured workflows and templates for scalable documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong ability to distill technical information into clear, actionable content.
- Experience with Zendesk
- Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or CMS tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with API documentation and developer-focused content.
- Familiarity with Playwright or Cucumber for test documentation.
- Knowledge of AI-driven documentation tools.

As our Director of Marketing, you will lead the function and team. You’re a growth marketer responsible for digital marketing, demand creation strategies and pipeline generation.. You’re creative, resourceful and scrappy. You have experience building new SaaS categories and you have direct experience marketing sales tech software solutions. You have a proven track record accelerating pipeline growth with repeatable marketing plays. You will define and execute SalesHood’s repeatable demand creation marketing playbook. You’re passionate about sales enablement.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing, demand generation and ABM campaigns to strategically increase pipeline for new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including website, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing for top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
- Oversee a best-in-class social, digital, SEO web and website presence that drives awareness, engagement, purchase and referrals.
- Develop strategies to work with sales to execute and run campaigns helping to create demand and contribute to sales quota attainment.
- Work with product management to execute marketing campaigns for new product launches.
- Establish KPIs for all marketing programs and track performance to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are successful and deliver expected business outcomes.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience in salestech or martech industry
- Proven SaaS marketing experience carrying out marketing efforts, demand generation, digital, content marketing, field marketing and product marketing
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
- Creative and innovative
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
- Ability to tie marketing investment & performance to sales pipeline results
- Hands on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and WordPress
- Hands on experience with the latest AI SDR technologies
