Description:

The Marketing Director role is a great opportunity for an individual with proven B2B integrated-marketing experience at a SaaS company. You’re passionate about building pipeline and executing proven marketing strategies and tactics to engage and educate our customers and prospects. We’re looking for a results oriented and driven self-starter to own and execute demand generation, customer events and digital marketing. You’ll work very closely with sales to map campaigns to go-to-market sales plays.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a marketing plan.
  • Create an integrated marketing calendar using digital, content and event marketing.
  • Track pipeline and campaign ROI to drive awareness, conversions, engagement and closed deals.  
  • Manage the marketing automation system including email, nurture campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Plan and execute high-touch marketing events and executive workshops.
  • Turn customer stories and testimonials into blog posts and case studies for content marketing.
  • Work closely with sales to execute account based sales plays.

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Business and/or marketing degree.
  • 5 to 10+ years working experience in B2B marketing including email, events, webinars, digital and content marketing.
  • Hands on experience working with Marketing Automation Systems.
  • Strong data driven decision-making skills and ability to take customer insights and them into marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writer with demonstrated experience in social media.
  • Business process and project management expertise and strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities.
