Elay Cohen – CEO & Co-Founder

Elay Cohen is the CEO and co-founder of SalesHood. He is the former Senior Vice President of Sales Productivity at Salesforce. Elay was recognized as the “2011 Top Executive” and credited for creating and executing all of Salesforce’s sales training programs that accelerated its growth from $500M to a $3B+ enterprise. The innovating sales training and support delivered over these years by Elay’s team to thousands of sales professionals resulted in unprecedented hyper-growth. Elay authored the book SalesHood: How Winning Sales Managers Inspire Sales Teams To Succeed.

Arthur Do – CTO & Co-Founder

Arthur Do is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of SalesHood. With a proven track record in managing and scaling all aspects of engineering operations, Arthur founded and is a technical architect of startups with over $400M combined exit valuation. Arthur was the Founder and Chief Architect at Fortify acquired by HP. Arthur was VP Engineering at Echosign acquired by Adobe, and Founder and CTO of Kinecta acquired by Stellent/Oracle.

Nick Sarles – Vice President, Sales

Nick Sarles has proven executive leadership skills developing sales teams and a sustainable business model for high growth software companies. Most recently, he was Vice President of North American Sales for Alteryx. Under his leadership, he grew the sales force by 4x, grew the customer base by 10x and trained hundreds of new salespeople utilizing the SalesHood platform extensively. It was his focused and disciplined approach which accelerated sales productivity, drove customer satisfaction and delivered revenue contributing significantly to Alteryx’s successful IPO in 2017.

Thu Nguyen – VP, Customer Success & Operations

Thu Nguyen brings 20 plus years of leadership experience and business acumen to SalesHood.  With a blend of strategic vision and operational acumen, Thu will build the teams and create the systems and processes to ignite the next stage of our growth plan while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. She most recently was at Science Exchange, as VP of Global Customer Success and Operations, where she was instrumental in growing bookings from $1.7M in 2015 to $44 M run rate in 2016, driving 200% year-over-year growth.

Dave Lichtman – Senior Director, Sales

Dave Lichtman has a successful track-record of transforming companies through technology. His deep background in sales and corporate training gives him the foundation to coach companies to re-imagine their sales enablement strategy. Prior to SalesHood, Dave spent nine years at salesforce.com as a sales professional and a sales manager. He previously spent seven years as a buyer at the May Department Stores (now Macy’s Inc.); and five years QRS (now GXS) training its sales teams.

Deborah Scherba – Director, Onboarding & Readiness

Deborah Scherba is a high energy Sales Productivity Coach with 10+ years of experience in enabling sales teams in the High Tech Industry. She joined SalesHood as the Director of Onboarding and Readiness where she brings a solid track record and passion for helping salespeople sell.  Prior to SalesHood Deborah spent 8 years at Salesforce developing sales communities and managing sales skills programs. She has also spent several years leading sales teams at NetSuite and other software and telecommunications companies.

Arjun Gupta
Founder, Managing Partner & Chief Believer

Mr. Arjun Gupta founded TeleSoft Partners in 1997 and serves as its Managing Director, Chief Believer and Managing Partner. Mr. Gupta has overseen investing in and helping build 60 technology companies to date, of which over 40 companies have gone public or been acquired. He has over 27 years of experience working with technology companies in venture capital, consulting and engineering roles. Mr. Gupta owns the NBA team, The Sacramento Kings.

Lindsey Armstrong
Chief Operating Officer, InsideSales.com

Ms. Lindsey Armstrong is the Chief Operating Officer of InsideSales.com, Inc. Ms. Armstrong holds over 31 years of sales and leadership experience at software companies, holding executive positions at Salesforce, Symantec Corp, VERITAS, Oracle and Openview. In addition to serving on SalesHood’s Board of Directors, Ms. Armstrong is on the Board of Directors at Bluewolf Corp, an IBM company, and an Advisory Board Member of Quester Venture Partnership.
