Description:
Here’s an awesome opportunity for a product manager wanting a life changing startup experience. Our product manager will gather and communicate market requirements related to sales productivity. You’ll partner with customers to uncover new problems to solve. You’ll partner with customer success, sales and engineering to innovate and deliver ongoing product improvements. Our Product Manager will establish a product roadmap and prioritize features and execute the vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather market needs, use cases, personas and product requirements.
  • Help define the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Ability to take customer insights and turn them into product features.
  • Work closely with our sales team.
  • Work closely with our engineering team.

Skills/Experience/Passions

  • Business, MBA and/or relevant graduate

Customer Success Leader

Description:
You’re a product centric builder who is passionate about customer success. Given our SaaS business model, customer success is vital to our company success. We are not successful unless our customers are receiving massive value every day. We’re looking for a senior executive to lead the customer success team with a proven track record in building and measuring long lasting customer relationships. You own customer onboarding, readiness, support, advocacy, retention, and renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer success outcomes. Focus on renewal rates. Expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Build programs to increase adoption, reference-ability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and optimize customer lifecycle by mapping and improving customer journeys. Identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer success activities including onboarding, training, support, account management, renewals, cross-sell/upsell, and advocacy.
  • Establish and measure effectiveness of customer success with operational metrics that are used everyday.
  • Lead, inspire and, grow the customer success team and inspire customer success to be a company wide value.

Results/Experience/Passions

  • 10+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

Here’s an opportunity for a sales professional with deep Account Management experience and a proven track record exceeding revenue goals and driving up customer loyalty.  As an Account Director, you’re entrusted with the strategy, relationships and commercial well-being of SalesHood’s strategic customers.  You’re responsible for making sure that our customers are consistently realizing quantifiable business results. The Account Director position is a quota carrying position. Your experience identifying business problems and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions, as well as building relationships with key decision makers within the current accounts will be crucial to your success.

Requirements:

  • Be the single point of contact for our strategic customers and own renewals for strategic customers
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and propose solutions to solve top revenue challenges
  • Maintain a high retention rate, ensure on-time renewals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Negotiate win-win agreements while exceeding revenue renewal goals
  • Cultivate executive level relationships with strategic customers
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Build account plans to expand business to other groups and roles
