We’re looking for a smart-working, entrepreneurial Sales Development Manager who has successfully coached, mentored and managed front-line sales development teams to get in front of prospects to drive qualified meetings. You believe and promote high-touch outreach and personalization in the prospecting process. You’ll work closely with our senior Sales Directors and our market team to develop and execute prospecting campaigns with targeted account outreach. Provides directional leadership for a rapidly growing team of sales development representatives
Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management
Consistently meets/exceeds outline individual and team metrics (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Continue to build and strengthen the team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies
Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology tool sets
Proactively identify and implement new strategies to increase lead generating efficiencies
Serve as an individual contributor through your own prospecting efforts as needed
Strong organization/prioritization skills; proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
5+ year(s) of experience scaling and managing sales development teams in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment
Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
3+ years of experience in tech sales, preferably within the SaaS and sales tech space
A strong work ethic and proven track record of team quota-attainment
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Strong experience working with Salesforce and Marketing systems like Hubspot
This position will be located in our San Francisco office. You must be able to spend the majority of your time onsite.
