The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant role is a great opportunity for an individual with proven enablement experience at a SaaS company. Your efforts will begin early in the sales cycle supporting our sales directors to make sure we understand the customer’s business pain. Conduct consultative discovery conversations with prospects to uncover process improvements to improve time to revenue
Advise customer sales enablement and sales operations teams on enablement strategies and best practices
Work closely with sales on pitches, demonstrations and proposals for new business
Develop and present sales enablement demonstrations and customized proof-of-concepts to prospective buyers
Maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers
Work with sales to provide a smooth hand off on customer knowledge to the post sales Customer Success team once accounts close
3 + years Sales Enablement Industry experience: Strong knowledge of sales tech ecosystem including training, onboarding, coaching, knowledge management, sales process, CRM and Salesforce
3+ years experience selling B2B SaaS software
Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
Proven track record in delivering value based presentations and demos to prospects and customers
Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization
Business process and project management expertise
Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities
