We are excited to announce that SalesHood, Inc. has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), ISO 27001 is a standard that outlines the process for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining an ISMS. To validate conformity and certify SalesHood’s ISMS against the ISO 27001 standard, SalesHood engaged our Certification Body, Sensiba LLP (Sensiba) to perform our certification audit. We are very proud of this achievement as a demonstration of our commitment to information security for our customers and stakeholders.
At SalesHood, the protection of the data and privacy of our customers is non-negotiable. To further demonstrate our commitment, we worked with 3rd party service auditors and went through a rigorous process to achieve SOC 2 Examination. Our SOC 2 Report provides additional assurance that we have the right controls in place to protect your data and ensure the availability of our services. Our SOC 2 Report is available upon request.
The Information Security Program at SalesHood is designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. This program establishes a framework for managing information security risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The Information Security Program is governed by the SalesHood’s Management Review Team, which is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies and controls.
The Information Security Program includes 14 security controls, from Access Control and Data Encryption to Network Security and Penetration Testing.
